I grew up with Disney in my DNA. My mom took me to Disneyland before I was born! Over the past 17 years, I’ve served families and communities through nonprofit work, pastoral leadership, and motivational speaking. Along the way, I built an Instagram family of 26K+, sharing Disney-inspired insights to spark joy and hope every week.
But my greatest joy? Helping YOU unlock your inner magic, face your fears, and become the hero of your own story.
When I’m not speaking or leading teams, you can find me hanging out with my family, cheering on the Padres, diving into a great book, whipping up some delicious vegan dishes, or spending time in my favorite place: Disneyland.

- I came to Disneyland before I was even born. My mom stood on the bridge by Sleeping Beauty Castle, with me in her belly and magic all around.
- Peter Pan is my favorite character. He taught me to never outgrow childlike wonder and always stay curious.
- I started playing ice hockey at 14 after watching The Mighty Ducks!
- In 2019, I made a life-changing commitment to my health. I lost 8.4% body fat and became the healthiest version of myself in my 40s.
- Walt Disney is my hero. Learning about his life and applying his dream principles has helped me achieve my own goals and inspire others to do the same.
- (Bonus!) I’m a vinyl enthusiast! I recently bought a record player and started collecting Disney records to keep the magic alive at home.
